Dr. Audrey Phan grew up in Orange County, California. She graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Biology. In 2017 she received her Doctorate from the Illinois College of Optometry. In 2018 Dr. Phan returned to Colorado for her love of nature and the beautiful weather. She enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Sophie.

Dr Delatte grew up in New Orleans and has practiced optometry for over 27 years. He has 2 adult children and lives in Erie, CO with his wife and dog, Riley.
Education: Dr. Delatte earned his undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina. He completed his optometric education at the University of Alabama.

Dr. Chaney has been practicing optometry in Colorado for over 27 years and is a leader in the optometric community, having served as President of the Colorado Optometric Association. In 2014, she was honored with the COA's Optometrist of the Year award. She is experienced in all areas of optometry, with extensive training in eye disease, post-surgical care, and specialty contact lens fitting. Dr. Chaney graduated with honors from the University of Wyoming and Pacific University College of Optometry. She is excited to continue providing patient care at Pearle Vision in Northern Colorado.
